R&H Family and Youth Services, Inc. is a 501(c)3 organization that aims to improve economically disadvantaged populations, youth, the Hispanic community, and those with mental illness and disabilities and their families reach their full potential. We will accomplish this by advocating for and supporting the Baltimore City and Baltimore County residents by addressing their social and economic challenges.
